1. Services

We provide web design and development services, including but not limited to custom websites with React & Next.js, Webflow development, Shopify eCommerce solutions, 3D animations with Three.js, and MVP development.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure all provided content is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Communicate project requirements and changes clearly
  • Make timely payments as agreed

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before project completion
  • All fees are in EUR/USD unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback
  • Delays caused by late client feedback or content provision may extend delivery dates
  • We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables specific to your project
  • We retain rights to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses
  • Pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools remain our intellectual property

6. Revisions and Changes

  • Revision rounds are specified in project proposals
  • Significant scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
  • Change requests should be submitted in writing

7. Warranties and Limitations

  • We deliver services with professional care and skill
  • We do not guarantee specific business results or traffic metrics
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client modifications
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

8. Website Maintenance

  • Post-launch bug fixes are provided for a specified period as outlined in proposals
  • Ongoing maintenance and updates require separate agreements
  • You are responsible for domain registration, hosting, and third-party service fees

9. Confidentiality

  • We keep your project information confidential
  • We may share anonymized project details in portfolio or case studies
  • Sensitive business information will not be disclosed without permission

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice
  • You are responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date
  • All deliverables completed before termination remain your property upon payment

11. Third-Party Services

  • Projects may utilize third-party services (hosting, APIs, plugins)
  • You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms and fees
  • We are not liable for third-party service interruptions or changes

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from client modifications to delivered work
  • Third-party service failures

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
